We offer BUSKIRK ENGINEERING pellet mills and accessories, proudly made in the US of A!
Three sizes: 6", 8" and 12" dies, and all available in single phase, three phase and PTO drive. These machines have the power to handle woody material, the 12" die model can produce up to 1,200 lbs of biomass pellets in an hour.
We also carry a complete line of CHINESE-MADE mills warehoused in the US for fast delivery. We have the country's LARGEST INVENTORY of pellet mills IN STOCK.

Our pellet mills range in price from $1450 to $17,000 and up. Our small, 3hp mill can produce approximately +40 lbs. of pellets/hour utilizing soft biomass (no hardwood). Our 30hp mill can produce 600# of pellets/hour. We carry diesel, single phase and 3 phase electric and PTO driven models as well as mill heads. We carry replacement rollers and dies. We also stock American Rotary converters to run 3 phase machines from single phase power.
If you have a source of biomass, you can make your own pellets for your pellet stove or for commercial sale. Biomass is a renewable, clean burning alternative heating fuel. Biomass material that can be converted into pellets includes sawdust, leaves, waste paper, animal waste, straw, grass, cornstalks and cobs, etc.
Heating with biomass pellets is much cleaner and more efficient (on average 80%) than burning nonrenewable fossil fuels. There are no environmental concerns around transporting, storing, or clean up with biomass. Pellets are easily stored and handled. Biomass pellets have the lowest particulate emissions of all solid fuel burners, including wood stoves, and are far below those of nonrenewable fossil fuels.
Making pellets is a relatively simple process that requires a few basic rules: material size sawdust consistency or smaller moisture content of no more than 15% (12% is ideal for most material) heat, created by the pressure of the material being forced through the die; drying time to "cure" the pellets to less than 8% moisture level.
Some of the tools we supply to help ensure successful pellets:
